7 PM - Doors Open

7:30 PM - Bluegrass Show (no open mike)

9:30 AM – 2 PM - Registration Desk Open

9:30 AM – 3 PM - Musical Flea Market and Silent Auction

10 AM - Registration for Saturday Open Stage in Arena Lobby

12:00 noon – 3 PM - Open Stage (Pre-registration required)

4:30PM – 6 PM - Lions Club Dinner (Advance Tickets ONLY)(Upstairs in the Arena)

6 PM - Arm Bands on sale for Show/Dance

6:45 PM - Doors Open for Show
